Services

I provide 50 minute individual psychotherapy to clients aged 16 through adulthood. I welcome those seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, sexual abuse and trauma, women’s issues, gay and lesbian issues, and relationship concerns. I work from a psychodynamic perspective and incorporate many practical cognitive behavioral techniques.

The first meeting, called an intake, is a time for me to get a sense of your current struggles, overall strengths, and what your day to day life looks like.

I encourage you to use this first meeting to determine if we feel like a good match as therapeutic fit is very important. Likewise, this is an opportunity for me to evaluate if I think my expertise and style are a good match for you. I use a very collaborative approach in this process and hope we can work together to find treatment that fits you.

Fees & scheduling

To schedule an appointment or to learn more about me and the services I provide, please call (609) 218-9499.

My fee for a 50 minute session is $175. I work on a fee for service basis (cash or check) and will provide a receipt at the end of each session which may be submitted to an insurance company for reimbursement. Typically, I am able to help clients submit insurance paperwork and navigate the reimbursement process.

I am a member of the Princeton University Provider Network.  While not a member of any other managed care panels, I accept Aetna Student Health as an out-of-network provider.
